Our vegan and vegetarian sourdough breads contains nothing but flour, mineral water and salt (we add no sugar, no commercial yeast, no dairy, no oil/butter etc.).
We use 100% natural fermentation methods to make our bread, and therefore, our bread contains dietary fibres and body friendly bacteria that gives our bread essential probiotic qualities.
The process for making each bread takes between 24-72 hours, and the entire process is done by hand. The result is an amazing caramelised crust and airy soft moisty crumb.
